Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and an additional 15 days for the returned product to arrive back at our warehouse. 

To be eligible for a return, the container from your purchase must be more than half full. You’ll also need to provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Postage must be pre-paid by the sender.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of your products are damaged or if you accidentally received the wrong item.  If there is any problem at all, we want to review the situation as soon as possible and make it right.

If your return is approved for an even exchange, we will be happy to ship out the new product as soon as we receive the returned product in satisfactory condition.  If the exchange is more or less than the price you paid for the original product, we will either charge or refund the difference, as appropriate, including relevant taxes, fees, etc., if any.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund the price you paid, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you have earned points through any program or promotion we offered at the time of purchase, they will be deducted from your account on a pro-rata basis when a refund is made.
